Clarkplanet is a private, invitation-only family website. It is not open to the public and is used exclusively by members of the Clark family to share photos, videos, and messages with one another.

SMS Text Messages — How We Use Them

We use SMS text messages solely for the purpose of verifying your identity when you log in. When you enter your first name on the login page, a one-time 6-digit code is sent to your registered phone number. This code expires quickly and is used only to confirm that you are an authorized family member.

We do not send marketing messages, promotions, or any other unsolicited texts. The only SMS messages you will ever receive from Clarkplanet are login verification codes.

Who Receives Text Messages

Text messages are sent only to phone numbers that have been pre-registered by the site administrator (Jesse Clark) on behalf of family members. No one can sign up or add a phone number on their own — numbers are added manually and only belong to immediate and extended Clark family members who have agreed to participate.

Information We Collect

• First name (used to look up your account)
• Phone number (used to send login codes via SMS)
• Posts, photos, and videos you choose to share on the site
• Standard server logs (IP addresses, timestamps) for security purposes

How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used only to:

• Authenticate you when you log in via SMS code
• Display your posts and activity to other family members
• Send you notifications about family activity on the site

Your data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any commercial purpose.

SMS Opt-Out

Because SMS messages are sent only for login authentication, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You can also contact Jesse Clark directly to have your phone number removed from the system. Opting out means you will no longer be able to log in via SMS.

Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency depends on how often you log in — typically one message per login session. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Data Retention

Your account and phone number are retained for as long as you are an active member of the site. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting Jesse Clark.
